Klenow Fragment (DNA PolymeraseI, Large Fragment)

For blunting of double stranded DNA ends, introducing mutation by primer method, creation of labelled DNA probes by random primer methods, dye-deoxy sequencing. This enzyme is a DNA Polymerase which is Baterial DNA Polymerase I that has lost it's 5'→3'Exonuclease activating domain by genetic engineering.
