Nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) extraction from microorganisms
(This kit was developed in order to easily extract and purify nucleic acids of pathogen, etc. included in various samples from them
as a prior step of gene amplification. Especially, it has excellence performance for trace amount of specimens.)
Features
- The Zirconia beads, which is twice hevier the specific gravity than glass beads, can phisically disrupt impregnable cell wall or endospore of Gram-positive anaerobic by shaking.
- DNA/RNA can be collected without digradation under disruption with guanidium.

- Beads filling tube 50 tubes
- Lysis buffer 10mL
- Phenol mixture 20mL
- SDS solution 10mL
