Description
Osteoclast Culture Medium (for human) is a sterile, basal medium (α-MEM), which contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, other organic compounds, trace minerals, inorganic salts, growth factors, hormones, calf serum, and antibiotics. In addition, it contains contains M-CSF and RANKL to promote differentiation of preosteoclasts to mature osteoclasts.
